Explore how risk affects our decision making.  When does our perception of risk keep us safe?  When does it hold us back from achieving our potential?  Join us for two full days of yoga and climbing in Joshua Tree National Park.

Elizabeth Wyatt, owner of Sacred Spiral Adventures will lead the yoga sessions.
California Climbing School owners Theresa Walsh and Erik Kramer-Webb will lead the climbing sessions.
No climbing experience necessary.

Saturday, October 12

8:00 am: meet in national park  fit shoes, helmets, harnesses
8:20-8:45: hike to yoga/climb location, environment orientation
8:45-9:15: yoga warmup
9:15-9:45: demo climbing technique, safety talk
9:45-12: climb
12:00-12:45: lunch + mental training discussion
12:45-2:45: climb
2:45-3:00: transition/bathroom break
3:00-4:00: yoga session

Sunday, October 13

8:00 am: meet in national park
8:10-8:20: hike to yoga/climb location
8:20-8:50: yoga warmup
9:00-12:00: climb
12:00-12:45: lunch + mental training discussion
12:45-2:45: climb
2:45-3:00: transition/bathroom break
3:00-4:00: yoga session
